Our client is looking to bring on a Help Desk Technician for a 6 month+ contract.

Job Duties:
  • Respond to tickets in a timely matter and provide basic support, and reassign tickets to IT Analyst as needed
  • Utilize two separate ticketing systems, ServiceNow and Fresh Service
  • Provide desk side support as needed
  • Follow-up with end users and update customer status and information in the ticketing system
Basic Qualifications:
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Experience with windows operating systems (server and desktop), basic networking functions (port forwarding, DHCP, etc) and troubleshooting peripherals and mobile devices
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules which may include mornings, late nights and/or weekends.
