Our client is looking to bring on a Help Desk Technician for a 6 month+ contract.
- Respond to tickets in a timely matter and provide basic support, and reassign tickets to IT Analyst as needed
- Utilize two separate ticketing systems, ServiceNow and Fresh Service
- Provide desk side support as needed
- Follow-up with end users and update customer status and information in the ticketing system
- GED or High School Diploma
- Experience with windows operating systems (server and desktop), basic networking functions (port forwarding, DHCP, etc) and troubleshooting peripherals and mobile devices
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedules which may include mornings, late nights and/or weekends.
