Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as customer contact on technical and service related problems
  • Administer technical support to customers and VIP’s on standard operation of core systems
  • Determine most effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime
  • Manage mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, tablets) 
  • Participate in the installation. configuration and support of internal Petco systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair laptops and PCs, MAC’s, software, printers and peripherals
  • Provide meeting support, incorporating the use of video conferencing and WebEX technologies
  • Work to achieve agreed upon individual SLOs, quality targets and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Maintain documentation and Deskside knowledgebase
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting
  • 5 or more years of deskside experience
  • 5 or more years deskside experience working in a customer service environment
  • 5 or more years experience in troubleshooting issues on MACs, PCs, printers and operating Systems
  • 2 or more years experience in managing mobile devices
  • 2 or more experience with providing first class Executive Support
  • Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills on MACs, PCs, mobile devices, peripherals and software
  • Good knowledge of networking in order to diagnosis connectivity issues
  • 2 years college or equivalent experience
  • CompTia A+ certification or equivalent experience required
  • MAC experience desired
