Our client is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Customer Support Specialist. Below is a brief job description. Please contact us directly for more information on this role and client.

Responsibilities:
• Input sales orders and inquiry data into ERP (LN)            
• Process promotion requests and product returns
• Pull shipping reports and edit reports
• Use a multi-line telephone system and supply information to customers
 
Education and Experience:
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years professional work experience in Customer Service Industry

Knowledge/Skills:
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to focus and follow instructions
• Great telephone presence
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment
• Preference towards those with order entry experience
• Able to quickly learn new computer software
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and have experience with general office equipment.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and organization
• An individual with a strong work ethic, flexibility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to anticipate issues and needs before they arise
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of ethics an absolute must
