Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk Specialist. Below is a BRIEF job description. Please contact us for more information on this role and client.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Give technical support to staff/users
  • Install/troubleshoot PC, mobile & peripheral hardware/software
  • Relocate and support computer hardware
  • Communicate technical issues in non-technical terms
  • Keep up with regular written or in-person communication in regards to IT activities
  • Install personal computers and hardware and conduct any repairs as necessary
  • Conduct diagnostic testing to resolve any issues
  • Give support for phone system
Requirements:
  • High School diploma
  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Minimum one/two years of related job experience
  • Must have basic knowledge of Windows 7/8 and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
  • CompTIA A+ certification is necessary
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and keep a clean DMV record
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
