Essential Job Functions:
  • Keep track of all issues and how they were solved utilizing ticketing system
  • Must enforce all HIPAA requirements
  • Troubleshoot, isolate and solve issues using historical database records
  • Keeps in contact with management and tells them about recurring technical issues
  • Fixes problems in accordance to set standards
  • Installs hardware
  • Gives computer training to users
  • Assists users remotely with issues that arise
  • Construct and sustain network accounts using Active Directory
  • Assist with vendors on services, returns and warranty
  • Lead in all help desk issues and respond to problems reported through phone calls
  • Use processes systems for recycling, deployment, or redeployment
  • Assists in customer applications that need knowledge of the business process
  • High School diploma or comparable
  • At least five years’ experience or comparable education/experience
  • At least three years’ experience in a call center environment or previous help desk/customer facing service experience
  • Must be an expert with computer programs including web browser competency, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • At least two years’ experience installing hardware on computers as well as troubleshooting
  • Must have great organizational skills and great communication skills
  • Must be able to learn new software and systems
