This is a CONTRACT role. Our client is currently seeking a Service Desk Engineer. Below is a BRIEF job description. Please contact us for more information on this role and client.  


Essential Job Functions:  

  • Provide support by phone, email, or in person  

  • Resolve Tier I/Tier II issues and escalate when needed 

  • Complete updates and repairs of equipment  

  • Create/update procedures for internal customers 

  • Complete duties in compliance with business policies 

  • Be the liaison for the Infrastructure Operations team 

  • Account administration in compliance with policies/procedures 



  • Strong comprehension of Windows XP/7/8/10 

  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting PC hardware & computer imaging processes 

  • Experience with Zoom 

  • Must be familiar with Cisco routers, HP servers, & Microsoft operating systems 

  • Knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS & SMTP 

  • Experience with systems administration 

  • Knowledge of mobile management tools 

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe, MobileIron, Sophos, & Microsoft Office
