Essential Job Functions:  

• Monitor applications 

• Built and maintain servers 

• Respond to support issues during and after business hours 

• Maintain disaster recovery sites in Microsoft Azure 

• Perform security updates for Windows operating systems 

• Installs hardware and peripheral components 

• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity  

• Report on root cause analysis 

• Manage data backups  

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Minimum five years of experience as a system engineer 

• Minimum two years of experience with Amazon AWS / Azure 

• Microsoft MCSA certification desired 

• Strong knowledge of email systems 

• Strong knowledge of GPO’s and Microsoft Active Directory 

• Ability to automate utilizing PowerShell is desired 

• Must have experience with VMware 

• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft server operating systems is desired 

• Strong experience in IT operations 

• Experience with Veeam and Azure backup is desired
