Our client is currently seeking a IS Service Desk Engineer. Below is a BRIEF job description. Please contact us for more information on this role and client. 


Essential Job Functions: 

  • Receive and distribute phone calls as they come in 

  • Assist with tasks that require on-site support 

  • Adhere to ticket entry processes 

  • Continuously update procedures for internal customers 

  • Complete repairs and updates on computers and mobile devices 

  • Complete tasks in compliance with business policies 



  • Education experience consisting of either Community College or Computer Training Center 

  • Minimum of five years of experience working in a similar role 

  • Must be an expert with Windows XP/7/8/10, configuration and troubleshooting of PC hardware, computer imaging processes, and Microsoft Office/Adobe/MobileIron 

  • Must be familiar with networking technologies, troubleshooting mobile devices, and network systems 

  • Experience with Zoom, systems administration, internet connectivity, and active directory 

  • Must have great problem-solving skills, customer service skills, and multitasking skills 

  • ITIL Certification is highly desired
